Shipping policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all across Pakistan, including all major cities and most towns, through our trusted courier partners.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

●      Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-3 business days

●      Other cities and towns: 3-5 business days

●      Remote or far-flung areas: 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Customers can pay in cash to the courier rider at the time of delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready to make delivery smoother.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can track your shipment status directly with the courier service.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will make up to [2-3] attempts to deliver the order. If the customer remains unreachable, the order may be returned to us, and the customer will be contacted for reconfirmation.

8. Change of Delivery Address
